This stoneware spoon rest was thrown on a pottery wheel and then altered. There is a lip that is turned town so the handle of the spoon can set in it. I show it with a large tablespoon so you can get an idea. The spoon rest measures approx. 5" across x 1/2" deep and is glazed with a combination of blue, turquoise and brown food safe glazes. It is stamped on the bottom with my logo. Dishwasher and oven safe. This is a hand made one of a kind item. Each spoon rest will be slightly different in shape and size. Some are larger than others so check size.
These spoon rests can be used for many different things. I use one as a coaster for my olive oil bottle. They can hold a bar of soap or a pot scrubber. The smaller spoon rests would also work as a used tea bag holder. You could use one to set a pillar or votive candle on. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks for looking!!
