Sgraffito Hand Sculpted Stoneware Pottery Art Tile Wall Plaque School of Fish

This sgraffito art tile depicts a school of fish. It was hand made and sculpted from stoneware pottery by me. I applied white slip onto a stoneware slab and carved out the detailed design. I then bisque fired, glazed and fired the tile again. The tile itself measures approx. 9" x 9". This is a one of a kind piece. Each tile I make is different. I don't make an original that I cast others from. Each tile I make is the original and one of a kind. There is a divot that I carved in the back of the frame for hanging or you could stand it on a metal stand for display.

Please note: all monitors and phone screens can show colors a bit different than they actually appear. Also, this is a hand made piece of art so there is a hand made look to it that you don't get from machine made pieces. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
