This little whale was hand sculpted by me using stoneware clay. I started out to sculpt a bird, but this little guy decided he needed to be a whale. And he's such a cute little whale. After drying, I bisque fired and hand painted him with acrylic paint. I then attached the whale to a 1 1/2" square wood block that I stained. The whale measures approx. 3" tall x 4 1/2" long.
